James The Spy?!

Okay... I've had this sneaking suspicion that James might be working for the other side.

Did any one notice that when this story arc started (and James came back) that James was acting strange?

Could it be that the James that is with us now, is a double? Or maybe he was swayed to manipulate Ethan... Maybe James led Ethan into that McDonald's... James was the one who had to use the washroom...

These are the thoughts that swirl around in my head... Anyone have any further thoughts on the subject?

Oooh. Good. Maybe he knew that Rebecca was not his girlfriend, and she turned him to the bad side...but he seemed so genuinely hurt.

Well he could be a good actor! And if he was recruited by the enemy, he would be prepared for making that reaction.

THOUGHT! Maybe James was hired from Starcorp (who maybe aren't the bad guys) to keep Ethan safe from the agency... Just a thought. Or maybe Starcorp is bad, but James was led to believe they aren't...

If AREM were here, she would kill you, but I do think that something suspicious is going on. I think James is either working for Starcorp (doubtful), went rogue (my guess), or a third party. That means that James wants Ethan too!

Or was hired to keep him away from the bad guys... Whoever they might be.

Maybe he heard something and came back to protect Ethan... maybe he's not working for anyone! But I do think he knows more than he's letting on.

The fact that the agency placed Rebecca as James' girlfriend would potentially link him to nefarious acts.

I'll just say that if James is not on Ethan's side, my trust in everything will be gone.
From his perspective, everyone is attempting to kill him.
Phil is talking about killing him.
Bernie isn't who he says he is.
Aaron pulled a gun on him.
And the one person he could trust, James, would be gone.

On a side note, did you notice how Phil called him Faaron? Even though he'd never heard Ethan say it before.

I noticed that too Will... But the peeps just said that it was probably just a slip up... Everyone (including Kevin) calls him Faaron

I'm more and more liking the idea of James is there as a protector... And that he has Ethans best interest in mind... And that he's not a bad guy!

But do I think he's an innocent bystander? Nope!

On a side note, did you notice how Phil called him Faaron? Even though he'd never heard Ethan say it before.

That may have just been a goof on Kevin's part, or maybe it's just such a catchy name that Phil thought of it too.
